CLINICAL CONFERENCES
One newly established support is the Clinical Conferencing process. The purpose is to assist individuals who have complex needs. There are monthly meetings with a membership of skilled professionals who work toward a plan for each situation.

This can be accessed through your lead agency.

SERVICE RESOLUTION
In order to have a situation heard at Service Resolution a situation must be first discussed at a Clinical Conference. The role of Service Resolution is to make recommendations for the Transitional Treatment beds and to monitor them to ensure that there is flow though. Service Resolution is also a venue to identify gaps in Service.
