Bridging Abilities
Offered by Geneva Centre for Autism

The Bridging Abilities Program offers a range of group activities and one-to-one supports in the community. The program enables program participants to further develop skills which will enhance their integration and ability to participate more fully in their local community. For those individuals who cannot be successfully integrated into a group setting, the program also offers up to 7 hours of one-to-one support each week. Toronto centralized intake process. Service begins as spaces become available.

How to ApplyParticipants must:
1) be between the ages of 18 and 30 years old upon admission to the program,
2) live in Toronto,
3) have a diagnosis of an Autism Spectrum Disorder,and
4) complete an eligibility assessment.
