Family Support
Offered by Community Living Toronto

Family Support service is provided to individuals living with their families. Service is goal focused and includes support in the following areas:
* facilitate growth and development
* skills building
* identifying and accessing services and community resources
* assistance in recruiting, training & orientation of in-home support workers or volunteers
* building personal supports/circles of support
* navigating the medical and educational systems
