| Individualized Planning and Support Offered by Montage Support Services In response to the need for support in the community, Montage has recently created a new role to develop our capacity to begin working with families and community members who have access to Individualized Funding such as Passport and Special Services at Home. By planning with you, we provide community options to people receiving Individualized Funding from various sources. We will help assist in developing a comprehensive action plan and help provide the resources needed to make it happen.
