Individualized Supports - Community Participation
Offered by Community Living Toronto

Community Living Toronto provides personalized supports and accompanying budgets for people based on their person-directed plan (see person-directed planning). The cost of supports and services are determined by what you want and how much funding you have. We partner with you to customize staff supports so we can assist someone to work, volunteer, participate in recreation activities and build relationships in their neighbourhood community.
