| Passport Program Offered by ADDUS Is a new and innovative program that seeks to develop individualized placements within the community. At this point Addus has been successful in placing Passport participants with such organizations as The Daily Bread Foodbank, Kent Daycare and Starbucks. Additional relationships are currently being developed with animal rescue organizations, Meals on Wheels, seniors homes, Habitat for Humanity, karate clubs, book stores, libraries, bakeries, community centres, Red Cross, Heart and Stroke Foundation, HMV and more. | |||||||
