Individualized Supports - Residential
Offered by Community Living Toronto

Community Living Toronto provides personalized budgets and supports for people based on their person-directed plan (see person-directed planning). The cost of supports and services are determined by what you want and how much funding you have. We partner with you to customize staff supports so we can assist someone to have choice in where and with whom s/he lives, and for her/him to be a participating member of her/his neighbourhood community.
