Description
Common Ground Cooperative Inc. is the umbrella cooperative, supporting 4 social enterprise businesses, owned and operated by adults with developmental disabilities.

The businesses are comprised of Partnerships, a food catering business called Lemon & Allspice Cookery, where Partners bake assorted cookies and squares and sandwiches for distribution and 3 other businesses called The Coffee Sheds. In these locations, the Partners make and sell Fair Trade organic coffee, baked goods and assorted food directly to the customers.

In addition, Common Ground Cooperative operates a pre-employment training program to train individuals with basic vocational skills and specific skills geared towards the social enterprises.
