Description
Path 2 Work - serves Adults 18+ who have been diagnosed with a developmental/intellectual disability find permanent paid employment * Work readiness and skills discovery program * Work skills workshop * job development * individualized one-on-one job coaching

Developing Work Connections (DWC) -vocational counselling and employment planning * vocational life skills workshops * community-based work trials and job placement * job coaching and monitoring

Youth: Community Choices for Success (YCCS), for youth 18-30 years with a dual diagnosis of mental illness and a developmental/intellectual disability * vocational planning, work experience, job development, job coaching * day programs including vocational, social and basic life skills workshops * community outings * social recreational groups * crisis planning and support * assistance in accessing services * partnership with Reconnect Mental Health Services

The Workshop - provides its participants a meaningful day activity with an active social and supported environment * most of the work involves light asssembly or packaging tasks related to the manufacturing sector * work contracts are selected to match the wide range of skill levels that workers have within the program. In addition to work skills, the staff also teach individuals life skills, which include workplace behaviour and working together as a team.
