Title: Surrey Place Centre Get In Line Walk or In-Line Fundraiser - Aug. 17th, 2008
Dates: Rain or Shine
Time: 10am - 1pm
Location: Woodbine Park
Agency: Common Ground Cooperative

Description: On Sunday, August 17th, we will be joining hundreds of walkers and inline skaters for Surrey Place Centre's annual getinline.ca fundraising event.

We will be walking and inline skating for the estimated 3% of the population who have developmental disabilities, and the thousands who may not be getting the support they need.

We hope that you'll join us. With your support we can help give adults with developmental disabilities a true sense of purpose through their participation in Surrey Place Centre's volunteer program.

Your commitment will also help Surrey Place Centre to respond quickly when clients need something that will help them live a more joyful and comfortable life. Your support will also help to give the parents of children with developmental disabilities somewhere to turn to when life seems like to much to handle.

With your help, we help children and adults with developmental disabilities live to their potential all of their lives.

Please join us in walking, in-lin skating, volunteering or donating money to help raise funds for people with developmental disabilities!
