| Events Seminars held regularly on topics such as respite options, financial planning, pharmacology clinics, developing an individual education plan, legal rights of school age children, long term residential planning etc. presented by experts such as social workers, lawyers, chartered accountants, financial advisors. Seminars are presented in Chinese and English with Chinese interpretation services. Recreational activities include Christmas parties, Chinese New Year parties, BBQ etc. to provide opportunities for its member families to mingle, network and share information/experiences with other families in a relaxed/less structured atmosphere. Support is facilitated by bringing together families with similar needs, goals, ages.
